A great big slab of Raw, Unadulterated Old Soul served on a hotbed of Rock n Roll. Brought up on a diet of Aretha Franklin, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin and the Faces, Saint Jude are now ready to spread their "Freak n Soul" Gospel to the world.
Their hotly awaited debut album, "Diary of a Soul Fiend", recorded and produced in Nashville and Kentucky by legendary Rolling Stones producer Chris Kimsey and mixed by Dandy Warhol producer, Tony Lash, is being released end of April 2010.
There have been many comparisons and while their influences shine through in a joyous nod to some of the great British rock groups of the past, they bring a fresh, original and modern swagger to the world of Rock n Roll.
Already having showed their outstanding live skills at festivals like the Isle Of Wight, Bospop (The Netherlands), Breminale (Germany), to name just a few, Saint Jude are ready to storm stages all over the world. Ronnie Wood has turned up at five of their shows to play and guested on the track "Garden of Eden" from their new album. Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) has been spotted twice at their shows, so they've definately been hitting the right vein for Rocks Royalty.....
Fuelled by a love of what they cheekily refer to as "Freak n Soul", having a thoroughly good time and playing live, it's time for you to witness the raw power of a band at its peak.
