Georgia van Etten is an internationally respected songwriter, singer and touring artist. She produces classic tunes and delivers them masterfully with a big, buttery voice.
She spent her youth in Australia, performing and writing with heavy bands like King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and Alice Ivy and fronting large soul music groups. More than a decade ago, she packed one tiny suitcase and headed for London. She has since played Porretta Soul Festival (Italy), Falls Festival (Australia), Montreux Jazz Festival (Switzerland), Women in Emotion (Germany), Raadpop (Netherlands), The Long Road (UK) and headlined major venue London Omeara. She has also toured the UK and Ireland extensively with The London Concertante Orchestra, performing the music of James Bond and with members of Van Morrison's band, performing his iconic songs in major theatres including the prestigious Adelphi, London.
