That is what Bepop Agency does. We are a European booking agency representing over 50 live music artists across blues, rock, soul and related genres. Every artist on our roster is one we know personally, have seen perform and can recommend with confidence.
How It Works
Booking through Bepop is straightforward. There is no online portal, no automated system and no account manager who has never been to a gig. You deal directly with founder Ed Leunisse, who has been booking artists across Europe for over 35 years.
1. Tell Us What You Need
Call, email or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us about your venue or event: the capacity, the date, the kind of audience you are expecting, and the atmosphere you want to create. If you already have an artist in mind, we will check availability. If not, we will suggest options based on what we know about your situation.
2. We Handle the Details
Once you have chosen an artist, we take care of everything between your handshake and the first note:
- Fee and contract — One transparent fee, clearly agreed in advance. No hidden costs, no booking surcharges added later.
- Technical rider — We share the artist's technical and hospitality requirements and help you work through them.
- Travel and logistics — We coordinate travel arrangements, load-in times, soundcheck schedules and any backline needs.
- Promotion assets — We provide press photos, biographies and video links you can use for your marketing.
3. The Show
On the night, the artist shows up prepared, on time and ready to play. If anything unexpected comes up, you have one phone number to call — and someone who will actually pick up.

What Makes This Different from a Booking Platform
Online booking platforms give you a catalogue and a checkout button. That works for some situations. But for live music — where the quality of the performance depends on the fit between artist, venue and audience — it is not enough.

How far in advance should I book?
For established headliners, three to six months is ideal. For other artists, we can often work with shorter timelines depending on tour schedules. The earlier you reach out, the more options we can offer.
Do you handle one-off bookings or only tours?
Both. Whether you need a single artist for one evening or want to programme multiple acts across a season, we are happy to help.
What does it cost?

We book artists across Europe: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria, and beyond. Our artists regularly tour 10 to 15 countries per cycle.
