Festival Booking
A festival line-up is a promise to your audience. Every name on the poster says something about what kind of weekend they are going to have. Getting that right — the headliners, the discovery acts, the flow across stages and time slots — takes more than a list of available artists.
Bepop Agency works with festival organisers across Europe to programme blues, rock, soul and related genres. Whether you need a single headliner for your main stage or want help assembling a full day of programming, we can help you build a line-up your audience will talk about long after the last song.
What We Offer Festivals
Single Artist Bookings
You already know your line-up and need one specific act to complete it. We check availability, negotiate the fee, handle the contract and make sure the artist arrives prepared. Straightforward.
Multi-Artist Packages
This is where we add the most value. Our roster of over 50 artists spans multiple styles within the blues and rock spectrum, which means we can programme several slots from a single conversation. That gives you:
- Variety without the legwork — One agency, one contact, multiple artists across different sub-genres and energy levels.
- Complementary programming — We know how our artists sound back to back. We can suggest running orders that build energy through the day or create contrast between stages.
- Logistical efficiency — When multiple artists come through the same agency, coordinating travel, backline sharing and scheduling becomes significantly simpler.
- Better rates — Booking multiple acts together often allows us to offer a more attractive package fee than booking each artist individually.
Programming Advice
Not every festival organiser is a genre specialist — and they do not need to be. If you know you want blues and rock on your programme but are not sure which artists fit your audience and budget, we are happy to advise.
Tell us your stage capacity, your audience profile, your budget range and the atmosphere you are after. We will come back with a shortlist of options and explain why each one works.
Festivals We Have Worked With
We have supplied artists to festivals across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and beyond, including:
- Bospop Festival
- North Sea Jazz Festival
- Peer Fest
- Dutch Blues Challenge
- Bluesfestival Tivoli/Vredenburg
From large multi-day events with multiple stages to single-day club festivals and themed programming blocks, we have experience across every format.
What Festival Organisers Can Expect
Before the Festival
- One point of contact for all artists booked through us. No chasing five different managers for five different riders.
- Technical riders consolidated and delivered in a clear format your production team can work with.
- Promotion packs for every artist: press photos, biographies, video links, social handles and streaming profiles — ready for your website, programme booklet and social channels.
- Schedule coordination — We align set times, changeover windows, backline requirements and soundcheck slots with your production schedule.
On the Day
- Artists arrive on time, prepared and briefed on the running order.
- One phone number if anything changes on the day — a set time moves, a backline item is missing, the schedule shifts. We stay reachable throughout.
After the Festival
- Invoicing handled cleanly through us. One agency, one settlement, no chasing individual artists for paperwork.
- Rebooking conversation — If an artist went down well, we can hold dates for the following year while the memory is still fresh.
Genres Available
Our roster covers the broader blues and rock spectrum, giving you range within a coherent programming identity:
- Blues and blues-rock
- Classic rock and rock & roll
- Soul, funk and R&B
- Americana and roots
- Singer-songwriter
This is enough range to fill an afternoon or an entire day with variety, without straying from a clear musical identity your audience can trust.
