Tour Management
A European tour is not a list of dates. It is a logistics operation across borders, time zones, languages and local customs — and it only works when someone is managing every detail from the first enquiry to the last encore.
Bepop Agency plans and coordinates tours for live music artists across Europe. We have been doing this for over 35 years, building a network of venue relationships that cannot be replicated by a spreadsheet or a booking platform.
What We Handle
Route Planning
A well-routed tour saves money, saves energy and makes better shows. We plan routes that make geographic sense — no zigzagging across the continent, no eight-hour drives between Tuesday and Wednesday shows.
We work backwards from confirmed anchor dates (festivals, high-priority venues) and build a logical sequence around them, filling gaps with venues that fit the artist's level and audience. The result is a tour that flows naturally from city to city and country to country.
Venue Selection and Booking
This is where 35 years of personal relationships make the difference. We work with a trusted network of over 40 venues and promoters across Europe, from 150-capacity clubs to major concert halls and festival stages.
Venues we have placed artists in include:
- The Netherlands: Paradiso, Melkweg, Metropool, De Pul, Poppodium Boerderij, C.punt, Luxor Live
- Belgium: Bosuil, Spirit of 66, Deux Ours
- Germany, UK, Scandinavia, France and beyond
We do not just find available dates on a calendar. We match the artist to the right room — the right capacity, the right audience, the right sound. A 300-capacity club that is full and loud is worth more than a 1,000-seat theatre at half capacity.
Scheduling and Coordination
Every stop on a tour involves its own set of details: load-in time, soundcheck window, doors, showtime, curfew, backline availability, hospitality requirements. Multiply that by 15 or 20 dates across multiple countries and you have a coordination job that needs someone paying attention every day.
We manage the full schedule and make sure every venue has what they need in advance:
- Technical riders distributed and confirmed with each venue
- Soundcheck and showtime aligned with local house schedules
- Backline and equipment arranged where the artist does not carry their own
- Hospitality and accommodation coordinated where included in the deal - Day sheets prepared for the artist and crew with all practical details per show
Promotion Coordination
A tour only works if people know about it. We provide venues and promoters with everything they need to market the show:
- Press photos in print and web resolution
- Artist biographies in multiple lengths
- Video links and streaming profiles
- Social media handles for cross-promotion
- Album and release information for editorial hooks
We also coordinate tour announcements across the artist's own channels and our network to make sure every date gets visibility from the moment it is confirmed.
Where We Tour
Our core territory is Western and Northern Europe. Artists we work with regularly tour across:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- United Kingdom
- France
- Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Austria
- Spain, Italy, Portugal
Who This Is For
We manage tours for artists on our own roster as well as for artists represented by other agencies and managers who need European touring expertise. If you are:
- An artist or band looking to tour Europe and needing someone who knows the circuit
- A manager who needs a European booking partner with real venue relationships
- A label looking to support an album release with a coordinated European tour
We are happy to have a conversation about what a tour could look like.
